This beautifully designed beach bungalow in Niguel Shores, Dana Point was a fully automated, top to bottom Electrical Remodel. We fitted the interior with Lutron Radio RA smart systems, iPad integrated control, and dedicated scenes for different moods and settings -- tied together with a custom tailored Sonance sound system throughout the entire house and back patio.
